Rocky Patel Emerald Toro Cigar - Box of 20
Introduced in December 2024 by Rocky Patel the Emerald Toro has become a firm favourite with those who enjoy his cigars.
Rolled at the Tabacalera Villa Cuba factory, better known as Tavicusa, in Esteli, Nicaragua this box-pressed beauty starts with an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper, prized for its oily texture and rich and robust flavour profile.
A departure from the normal sees the use of two different binders, one from Nicaragua and another from Mexico with filler mostly from Nicaragua and a single Jamastran Valley leaf from Honduras.
Smooth with an excellent flavour and not as full-bodied, this 6 1/2" x 52 toro cigar has plenty to offer.
Light up and there's espresso coffee notes, some nuttiness and cedar appear along with black pepper, a sweet backnote comes and goes providing even more complex tones.
An ideal cigar for both beginners and experienced smokers, there's plenty of creamy smoke from a perfect draw with good ash retention.
You can expect anything from 70 - 85 minutes , or more of enjoyment, depending on your smoking style, which should allow plenty of time to decide if you are a fan.
